This kit is sold as a replacement for the unavailable Kx 400 stock rod kit. It uses a
longer rod having the same top and bottom diameters as the stock unit.  The  kit
comes with a spacer plate which when combined with the custom thickness
gaskets, raises the cylinder precisely the amount of difference in rod length.








We also offer seal,bearing and o-ring kits for the Kx 400 and 450. We now carry a
replacement rod kit for the 74 thru 76 KX 250.  It is a slightly longer rod with
spacer plate and gaskets like the KX 400 kit.
